What's the next step in your development as a leader?

We are excited to followup up with you on our invitation to the Third Annual Summer Leadership Institute.   We see YOU as someone who will both contribute and learn much from this week long leadership inquiry.  This update gives you background on where we're at  for this year and for the future.  Please join us...

The complexity of what we are currently facing in our society  [each and all of us in families, organizations,  communities] signals that the future's not about doing more of what we have already done.  And yet there is a human tendency to resort to reactive, old ways of thinking, especially in times of uncertainty and change. The transformation we are living in requires us to dig deep, to engage beyond seminars, workshops and conferences.

It is vital for us to have reflective and generative conversations that will result in innovative decisions and outcomes.  We need to get past looking for temporary solutions,  and our own uncertainty and fear. Increasing interdependence is both our reality and our goal.  Currently, the stakes are high: there is both enormous opportunity and the potential for collapse.

We envision this summer's institute as a key step in creating a sustainable leadership community: a community that is a deeply connected, action-oriented group of people that are brave enough to take a deep dive and lead beyond "knowing"... a group of people who are energized by recognizing that "we are not doing it alone". Further program details: Summer Leadership Institute website.

We live and work to enable transformation, change and leadership every day.  Like you, we are sometimes challenged to show up in our brilliance as leaders: we get weary, feel isolated and yet we continue on.  We know for sure that we can't do it alone, even with our over 100 years of combined experience in transformational change, personal development, leadership, team, systems thinking, complexity, personal and community resilience. We invite you to engage with us to explore big ideas that will lead to innovative and creative results.
